Tangle Documentation (WIP)
We moved all of our documentation to our new support platform, Zendesk! We hope you'll find it easier to get the help you need- Please leave comments on articles that are insufficent or feel free to let us know where you needed help and couldn't find it. This is very much an ongoing project!
Report a Bug / Submit a Ticket
You can now file a support ticket on Zendesk to get help instead of just e-mailing or sending us a DM! This will give both parties better visibility on resolution, response time and status.

If none of the ways above works, we also still have the good ol' email shout@absurdjoy.com. If reporting a bug, please try to include as many details as you can in the email. Screenshots always help, if possible!
Support Hours are Monday - Thursday, 9AM-5PM (PST)
For all support requests, we'll try to get back to you within 24 hours. Some bugs or requests may take longer to sort out, but we'll always get back to you regardless!
