Report a Bug / Submit a Request
You can now file a support ticket on Zendesk to get help instead of just e-mailing or sending us a DM! This will give both parties better visibility on resolution, response time and status.
For day-to-day conversation and support join our Slack. We kindly ask that if you are looking for quick immediate technical issues you join Slack, all others please submit a ticket.
Our Support Team Hours are Monday - Thursday, 9AM-5PM (PST)
For all support requests, we'll try to get back to you within 24 hours. Some bugs or requests may take longer to sort out, but we'll always get back to you regardless!
